Chisos Basin
With elevations reaching nearly 8,000 feet, Chisos Basin is a sky island in the Chihuahuan Desert that offers diverse birdwatching opportunities with changing temperatures and habitats. Spot species like the Phainopepla, Pyrrhuloxia, Scott’s Oriole, Colima Warbler, and several hummingbird species.
